Click Following link for Trail of dynamics 365 to learn , explore and be the part of Dynamics.
Fill the details as requested in above screen and click next.
Now you will get following screen.
Input your name in user name and your company name and generated Password.
Once done you should get following details Page and it will take few second for creating profile, click Set up.
Select which every APP you want, i generally select all and click complete.
You can even change currencies if you want,
Note : you cannot revert currency in CRM. This is base currency of your Application.
Finally it should bring you to following Screen, where you can see all the App’s
