1) Can you Migrate Portal Configuration from one Environment to another?
Yes, In version 9.0.10 it is now possible to move your portal between environments.

2) Can we integrate Portal with Power BI?
Yes,
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Setup Power BI integration.
Click Enable Power BI visualization and follow wizard.

3) Can we Integrate Portal with Share Point?
Yes,
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Setup SharePoint integration.
Click Enable SharePoint Integration and follow wizard.

4) Change Base URL of your portal.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Portal Action And Click action "Change base URL"

5) For Restarting Portal.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Portal Action And Click action "Restart"

6) For Resetting Portal.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Portal Action And Click action "Reset"

7) For Enable/disable Custom Error.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Portal Action And Click action "Disable custom Error (by Default, its Enabled)"

8) For Enabling Logging in Portal.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Portal Action And Click action "Enable diagnostic Logging"

9) Can i enable or display plugin error on portal?
Yes We can display plugin Error,This is no available by default.
there is something call Site setting in Portal area of CRM.
This site setting includes all the setting or configuration.
We have to create one setting to allow user or customer see error thrown from plugin.
To Create Setting
Go to CRM > Portal area > Site Setting > Click New >
Add Name as "Site/EnableCustomPluginErrors" and set values as true.
Save and now you will see error thrown by plugin on portal as well.

10) Clearing Cache? how it works?
Normally Cache is cleared every 15 minutes.
But if you want to clear it manually.
Go to Web Portal
Login as an admin, and append "/_services/about" to URL.
and you get an option to Clear cache.

11) Restrict public from accessing Web Portal, and allow only specified IP's to access Web portal.
Login to instance picker,
Click Application Tab,
Select your already configured portal (if not then first configure your portal) and Click Manage
On the left menu, select Setup IP Address Restriction and Add IP lists, Specify IP type and IP address.
