- This Feature allow you to add new key for encryption.
- Encryption Key is the key which can be used to decode or decrypt User Name and Email password stored in DB.
- This Encryption key standard – SQL Server cell level Encryption standard.
- The key is used only for user name and email password.
- Data Encryption is enabled by default and it cannot be disabled.
- Rules for Encryption key
Length between 10 to 100
At least 1 numeral
At least 1 Letter
At least one symbol or special character.

- We strongly recommend that you copy the encryption key and store it in a safe place. You may need to enter the key again to ensure that certain features keep working and the data is retrievable. For more information, see Data Encryption.
- Changing the encryption key can take a long time in a large database. Run this operation during off-peak hours if your system is busy or if you are working with a large amount of data.

Import/Export Data Translation File
- This will download an Zip file
Which will contain two XML file.
a content type file and CRM field translation file.
This files can be read by CRM while importing. - You can even use tool available in XRM toolbox

- The import popup in setting > Data management > Import fields Translation will accept Zip file only which should contain content type file and a localize translation file.
